Please Note

• 210 – up to 4 pax (max 340 kg including luggage)
• Baron – up to 5 pax (max 400 kg including luggage)
• Caravan – up to 12 pax (max 950 kg including luggage)
• Navajo – up to 6 pax (max 500 kg including luggage)
• Kingair – up to 8 pax (max 800 kg including luggage)

Fees are subject to fuel price increases and/or Civil Aviation fee changes without prior notice.

Heat and altitude can drastically affect aircraft performance. Grand Air will advise the safest and most suitable departure times to ensure safety of crew, passengers, and aircraft.

Grand Air reserves the right to the “dead leg”. Should you choose to utilise it, the cost of your charter will be adjusted accordingly.

Rates Exclude

• VAT and Tourism Levy
• Costs arising from diversions or inability to fly due to weather or aircraft mechanical concerns affecting safety

Baggage Allowance

• 15 kg per person in a soft bag + 5 kg hand luggage
• Excess baggage or camera equipment must be declared and may attract additional fees

Departure Times

• International flight details are required for planning connections
• Arrive at airports at least 30 minutes before departure
• Arrive at airstrips at least 20 minutes before departure
• Delays caused by missed international flights may incur additional charges

Cancellation Policy

• Within 7 days of flight – 20% fee
• Within 48 hours of flight – 50% fee
• Within 12 hours of flight – 100% fee
